All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

This event will take place rain or shine. No cancellations allowed.

Item Transfer Policy

All sales are final. No transfers allowed. If you are not fully registered by our event staff and given a confirmation of registration, your fees will be refunded.

Age Restriction

This event is open to all ages. Alcohol related activities are 21 years and older, and require valid ID at check-in for event wristband. Writsband must be worn at all times with no exceptions.

Event Summary

 

The Gilroy Downtown Business Association welcomes you to become a vendor at the Heart of Gilroy Festival!  Similar to our previous Wine & Art Walk, come join us to celebrate wine and art! Below are some event details:

  • Annual Wine Walk with 30+ wine tasting pour stations throughout downtown
  • Local beer and bubbly garden
  • Local and regional fine artists & arts non profits
  • Gourmet food from local restaurants, food trucks & special guests
  • Family fun zone
  • Live music and much more!

Each Artist's space will consist of a 10x10 area, mostly outside in downtown Gilroy.  There are a few indoor spaces, which will be reserved for artists that would be affected by the heat.

Event staff will confirm your submission and verify your information, then contact you with a confirmation of registration.
If you are not fully confirmed as a vendor, you will receive a refund of your pre submission fee.

All vendor slots are first-come, first-served with all required documentation submitted.
